We created Grade 2 as a natural evolution of our original DTC brand.  We can now assist as both a unique strategic and investment partner for healthcare and consumer companies that compliment our shared mission.

There are common challenges that make it difficult to accelerate therapies or products for patient communities. Most of the relevant consumer data is controlled by patient-facing intermediaries. The available data is also regulated.

Companies that have core competencies in research or product development often struggle to garner the attention and engagement from the patient community. We believe this requires a novel understanding of the patient journey, but this is simultaneously difficult for marketing professionals to relate to and even for patients themselves to articulate.    

 

Finally, the target consumer or patient population can sometimes be quite small. In either case, a lot of resources are wasted trying to reach these specific consumers.
